Heather Gavric
OTR/L, Founder and Director of Rehabilitation
Specializing in post-surgical rehabilitation, Heather Gavric is the visionary behind InHands Postoperative Therapy. She recognized the medical industry’s need for a holistic recovery center to offer enhanced patient care immediately following surgery in addition to the industry’s most innovative postoperative therapies.
Raquel Montoya
RN, Director of Nursing
With over 18 years of experience at Kaiser Permanente as a NICU/PICU transport specialist and charge nurse, Raquel has dedicated her career to providing advanced life support and resuscitation for neonates in labor and delivery within a Level 3 NICU. Additionally, she has spent a decade at Stanford Children’s Hospital, where she developed skills in a Level 4 NICU as a team leader and transport team member. Raquel’s journey also includes 4.5 years in aesthetics, specializing in cosmetic surgical OR and PACU care, and is certified in ZO skincare. Raquel’s passion for nursing stems from personal experience—her first child was a NICU baby, inspiring her to pursue this field and help others through similar challenges.
